KRISSY: You know? And then I felt Jesus as He was walking through the crowd. He’s pressing through the crowd. He’s focused to go heal this dying 12-year old girl. But suddenly I could feel the moment where power leaves His body and somebody had touched Him, somebody with faith and I could feel that shift. And He had to find this woman and He had to speak into whoever this was that just released power from His body. And you know He said, “Who touched me?” And here the disciples are like there’s a crowd around you! Everybody’s touching you! What are you talking about? He’s like, “No, somebody has touched me! I know!” Cause He felt the power leave. Sid Roth.

DONNA: Right.

KRISSY: He finds the woman. And He not only then spoke into her healing, because the Bible tells us she was instantly healed, you know? She was hungry and she was desperate for wholeness and healing and had just enough faith that she could go out and hope and reach out and touch Jesus! Sid Roth.

DONNA: Mmm!

KRISSY: And He had to affirm that effort, you know? He spoke right into that and He said, “Daughter, your faith has made you well!” So He confirmed her healing but He also spoke something very powerful and He told her who she was! You’re not just this woman who’s an outcast to society like you’ve been all these days. You are a daughter! You’re a child of God! You know? And that unfolds for us through the rest of the scriptures we learn more about that. But in that moment He spoke that and that’s what He does to us when we reach out to Him with just that little bit of hope! That’s what I did as a young person. I had just a little bit of hope but that was plenty to be that mustard seed-size faith that just pulled heaven down to me! And God will meet us right there in that time of need and tell us who we are and tell us what He’s done!

DONNA: Right. Right.

KRISSY: And then I was there with Jesus when that woman was thrown before Him. The women caught in the case of adultery. Here she was deemed a sinful woman and here it’s like they were waiting to catch her in an act and throw her before Jesus all to use her as a tool to trap Him! You know what are you going to do with her, you know they said. And I could feel Jesus in this encounter that I was having. And in my encounter He actually went to her and He shielded her with His robe and I could feel the dust coming up in His face as He shielded her, almost to protect her from their words. You know here she was, this daughter of His, and He wasn’t going to let them, you know, belittle her.

DONNA: Uh-huh.

KRISSY: Because she was lost. You know?

DONNA: Right. Right.
